JCM Hardwood Floors, LLC specializes in installing traditional or custom hardwood floors such as solid or engineered. The most common types of hardwood floors we work with are red or white oak. There are different types of woods and we work with those as well. For a complete list of species of woods and thickness feel free to contact us. 

Sanding and Refinishing helps with removing deep or worm scratches, fixes damages caused by existing carpets sitting on top of the wood, and most commonly to change the color of the hardwood. Sanding and refinishing will provide your floors with a brand new entity having them looking almost as new. As you can imagine this is dusty process. We use a dust containment system that minimizes the amount of dust that expands throughout your home. After the sanding and refinishing process is over, the cleaning procedure will be easy. We work with oil-based or water-based poly for commercial and residential use. 

Vinyl Plank and Laminate gives the stylist appearance of wood floors for a smaller price. At JCM Hardwood Floors, LLC we install engineered floors floating/gluedown/naildown, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), and laminate. Both vinyl plank and laminate are easy to clean and maintain and will provide your home with a more refined look. 

We install and/or refinish wood parquet flooring. Wood parquet is an unique type of wood flooring that comes in tile shaped wood in repeating patters. Parquet flooring provides homes with a bold style, and can usually be refinished 

If you have an existing old wood floors or carpet that needs a professional to uninstall and dump it away, we have experienced crews that can carry out the task. 

Custom hardwood stairs installation and sanding and refinishing is another services we provide. We can install new treads, risers, and stair case moldings. We sand and refinish handrails, wood balusters, and base plate. Your new or sanded hardwood stairs can be custom to match the existing color of the remaining wood floor in the house or stained to your preference.
